⠀Concrete is such a versatile product in construction and is used frequently in commercial buildings and more and more now residential. It can lack personality and give a bit of a garage feel if not used correctly. Alexander&co have made a stunning marriage on this residential staircase between concrete and marble. It is such a great reminder that when selecting materials for your home it doesn't have to be an "either/or" scenario. Not only are the stairs clad in marble, the space is further warmed up by wood on the ceiling and a few select walls giving so much dimension and interest to the space that with just concrete alone would have felt very one-note.⠀⠀
